Return instructions

You have the right to return or exchange our Lumoava jewelery, first gift or Home product purchased from the Lumoava.fi online store 14 days after receiving the order. Please note that the right of exchange and return does not apply to products marked as ordered on the website, engraved or lasered products, or products that have been modified in accordance with special requests.

Before exchange or return Please contact our customer service lumoavashop(a)lumoava.fi or tel. 040 304 0226. There will be no additional costs for the return.

If the product you received is defective or damaged in the shipment, notify the customer service of the Lumoava online store. An enchanting online store primarily seeks to replace a defective product with a new one. However, if this is not possible, the Enchanting Online Store will refund the amount paid to the subscriber. The refund will be made after the product has been returned and the defect has been verified.

The right of return only applies to Lumoava jewelry, first gifts and household products purchased from the Lumoava.fi online store, not to products from other manufacturers.
YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT WHEN
• The order has been canceled in accordance with these order and delivery terms by notifying Lumoava Shop customer service at lumoavashop(a)lumoava.fi within 14 days of receiving the product
or
the product has been returned in accordance with the return instructions of the Lumoava online store within 14 days of delivery
• The product is in the same condition as it was delivered and all delivered parts are included in the package
• The product is packaged in its original packaging
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
1. Report the return to the customer service of the Lumoava online store lumoavashop(a)lumoava.fi
2. To expedite processing, title your message Product Return / Order Number or Product Exchange / Order Number
3. Pack the product in its original packaging with all parts supplied. Pack the shipment carefully. Write the details of the return recipient on top of the package:

4. If the item is less than 3 cm thick (it has arrived in your mailbox), you can return it to the Mailbox. Otherwise, you can return the package to the mail service point after overwriting the package with the return address above.
REFUND FOR RETURNED PRODUCT
The product refund will be made immediately after the returned product has arrived at Lumoava and its condition has been checked, however, no later than within 14 days of the return of the product.

The Lumoava online store reserves the right to charge the customer for the costs incurred by Lumoava for the return of the product if the return has been made in violation of these terms.
