Terms of delivery
Lumoava online shop is intended for legally competent persons who have reached the age of majority. The customers of our online shop accept that the data they have disclosed may be processed for the purpose of managing the services and operations related to the online shop. The data will not be used for direct marketing purposes without the customer’s permission. The data will also not be disclosed to third parties with the exception of the public authorities.
These terms and conditions include the terms and conditions for the use of Saurum Oy's (hereinafter “Saurum”) Lumoava online store (hereinafter “Online Store”) and the terms and conditions for ordering, delivering, canceling and returning products. By registering as a customer of the Online Store or ordering products from the Online Store, the user (hereinafter “Customer”) accepts the terms of the Online Store and undertakes to comply with these terms.
All rights to the content of the Online Store belong to Saurum and all image and text materials (including product images, drawings, texts, graphics and logos) presented in the Online Store are the property of Saurum. The Customer has no right to download, modify, transfer, transmit, copy or sell the content of the Online Store or any part thereof without the prior written permission of Saurum. Unauthorized use or copying of copyrighted images and text is prohibited. Finnish law applies to the resolution of disputes in copyright infringement situations.
REGISTRATION AND USE OF E - COMMERCE
The customer creates an ID for using the Online Store by filling in the contact form and creating a username and password. In this way, the Customer registers as a regular customer of the Online Store. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to Saurum and for the use and storage of the username and password.
Saurum has the right to refuse registration and the right to close the Customer's username if necessary.
If desired, the customer can also buy products from the Online Store without registering as a regular customer of the Online Store Lounge.
PERSONAL DATA AND THEIR USE
Personal information about the customer is collected and stored in the customer register maintained by Saurum. The use of personal data is described in the privacy statement, which can be viewed on Lumoava's website at lumoava.fi/en/privacy-statement.
The customer agrees that the information provided by him may be processed for the purpose of managing the services and operations of the Online Store. The information will not be used for direct marketing without Customer's consent. The information will also not be disclosed to third parties unless it is an authority.
Saurum does not pass on the Customer's personal or other information to a third party for any purpose other than order processing, sending newsletters and Lounge loyal customer communications. Saurum does not sell, share or sublease information to third parties.
The customer has the right to view, change and delete their own personal data from the customer register. The review of the data is free of charge once a year by sending a written request to Saurum.
For deliveries within Finland, delivery and processing charges are normally EUR 5.90 per order. Delivery is free for orders sent for pick-up at Lumoava retailers in Finland. Delivery to Finland is always free to our loyalty customers using our Lumoava Lounge service. All fees are displayed in the shopping cart.
We deliver to EU countries and the delivery fee is 10 EUR outside Finland.
If the products are delivered outside the EU, the Customer is responsible for any customs clearance, import or other charges. Customs clearance practices vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for more information. If the product needs to be cleared through customs, the Customer is responsible for all related costs and understands that the clearance may cause a delay in the original delivery time estimate.
PRODUCT ORDERING AND DELIVERY
The customer can order products in the Online Store either after registering as a Lumoava Lounge regular customer or without registration. The placed order is binding on the Customer after he has accepted the order and the Customer is obliged to pay for the order.
The order will be sent after the time according to the delivery time promise mentioned in the product information after the order has been logged in to the system. The online store informs the Customer about a possible delay in the delivery time. If there are delivery difficulties with the ordered product, the Online Store will contact the Customer.
The customer can choose the delivery method of the products in the Online Store. The products are delivered to the Customer by letter, postal parcel to the nearest Posti or Matkahuolto office. When the order arrives at the pick-up point chosen by the customer, he will be notified that the order can be picked up.
After the order delivered by post has left the Online Store, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the Customer, where the code can be used to follow the progress of the shipment on Posti's website.
It is also possible to order certain products from the online store with laser engraving or with a personalized plate. Products ordered and delivered from the online store engraved or on a personalized plate do not have the right of exchange and return. Ordered products have no right of exchange or return.
Shipping costs will be added to the total amount of the order in the shopping cart.
The online store has the right to refuse the order if necessary or deliver it by cash on delivery.
Saurum, for its part, strives to ensure that the Lumoava Online Store and Website function properly, but does not guarantee the accuracy of the server, or the distribution of the broadcast. Saurum shall not be liable for any problems caused by third parties beyond Saurum's control, such as: delay or loss of delivery, technical and software error conditions of computer hardware, error conditions due to possible denial of service attacks, or strike, shutdown or other industrial action.
Your delivery will be shipped within 2–7 weekdays since we have received your order or in accordance with the delivery schedule included in the description of the product you have ordered. Pre-ordered products are delivered based on a separately provided schedule. We will contact you if your order takes longer than stated in our online shop.
PAYMENT OF THE ORDER
The customer can pay for the product in the Online Store in connection with the order via online banking with a bank ID, credit card, installment or invoice. Payment methods are announced in more detail in the Online Store.
Payment is made using the Paytrail or Klarna payment service on the order confirmation page.
In the online store, all payment connections are secured with SSL encryption. When paying with Visa Electron, the Verified by Visa service with online payments must be activated. All credit card payments are verified and if the verification is not successful, Lumoava Online Store reserves the right to reject the order.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND RETURN
The customer has the right to cancel the order if the order has not yet been delivered. If the Customer wishes to cancel his order, he must contact Lumoava Online Store's customer service by e-mail: lumoavashop(a)lumoava.fi. The e-mail must indicate the subscriber's name, address and order number. The online store will refund the payment of the canceled order within 14 days.
The customer has the right to return or exchange the product within 14 days of receipt. This right of return does not apply to products that have been manufactured or modified in accordance with the Customer's special requests or that have an engraving. The right of return also does not apply to products marked as order products in the Online Store.
The customer is obliged to check the delivered products immediately after picking up the shipment or receiving it by post and report any errors and deficiencies immediately to the Online Store's customer service lumoavashop(a)lumoava.fi. The Online Store will try to replace the defective product with a new one, but if this is not possible, the Online Store will refund the amount paid to the customer, including the price of the product and delivery costs. Reimbursement will be made after the fault has been verified.
The returned product and the accompanying material (eg jewelry case) must be in original / faultless condition and unused and the product must be packed in its original packaging. If the return does not include all parts of the product, the product is damaged or used, the return cannot be accepted.
Return, exchange and warranty matters for products purchased from the online store are primarily handled by the Lumoava online store customer service lumoavashop(a)lumoava.fi. In warranty matters, the customer must keep the original proof of purchase.
If the ordered product is returned to the Lumoava Online Store by post, the product must be returned as soon as possible after cancellation. Any damage to the product during the return delivery is the responsibility of the returner. Return instructions can be found in the order confirmation and in the online store (lumoava.fi/en/return-instructions) or you can also contact the online store's customer service. The product refund will be made immediately after the returned product has arrived at the Enchanting Online Store and its condition has been checked, however, no later than within 14 days of the arrival of the product.
Messages concerning all returns and exchanges as well as warranty matters can be sent to the e-mail address lumoavashop(a)lumoava.fi of the Lumoava Online Store.
Lumoava Online Store reserves the right to charge the Customer for the costs incurred by Lumoava for the product return if the return has been made in violation of these terms.
All of Lumoava’s products have a one-year warranty by the manufacturer (Saurum Osakeyhtiö) for manufacturing errors.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear to the product resulting from use or situations where the defect or breaking of the product has been caused by an accident, a failure to use or service the product according to instructions or use purpose, or an equivalent factor.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Saurum is liable for defects in the products it sells in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. In the event of a product error, the Customer must always first contact Saurum's Lumoava Online Store.
Saurum is not liable for the consequences of interruptions in the operation of the Online Store due to possible maintenance work, technical faults, communication connections or other similar reasons.
Finnish law shall apply to any disputes between the Customer and Saurum concerning these terms.
