Return Instructions
You have the right to return or exchange a Lumoava piece of jewelry, christening gift, or Lumoava Home product purchased from the Lumoava.fi online store. Our products have a 14-day return and exchange policy. A return label is included with the shipment.
Please note that the right of return or exchange does not apply to products marked as made-to-order on the website, engraved or laser-engraved products, or items that have been modified according to special requests.
If the product you received is defective or was damaged during shipping, please contact Lumoava online store customer service. The Lumoava online store will primarily attempt to replace the defective product with a new one. However, if this is not possible, the Lumoava online store will refund the amount paid to the customer. The refund will be processed after the product has been returned and the defect has been verified.
The right of return applies only to Lumoava jewelry, christening gifts, and Lumoava Home products purchased from the Lumoava.fi online store, and not to products from other manufacturers.
Refund for a returned product
A refund will be issued immediately after the returned product has been received by Lumoava and its condition has been inspected, but no later than 14 days from the return of the product.
The Lumoava online store reserves the right to charge the customer for any costs incurred by Lumoava due to the return if it has been made in violation of these terms.
