Below you can see questions and answers to frequently asked questions.
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the contents of an order after it has been placed, so please check your order carefully before submitting it. You have a 14‑day, completely free return right from the date of receiving the product.
If you wish to change, for example, the color of a product, or if you forgot to add an item to your order, you will need to place a new order.
You do not need to pay the invoice for any products you have returned. In Klarna’s service, you can mark your order as returned, in which case Klarna will not send payment reminders. Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue a refund for the products, which will also be automatically reflected on your invoice.
If you have returned all items from your order, you do not need to pay the invoice at all.
To change the invoice due date, or for any other matters related to your agreement with Klarna, you will need to contact Klarna directly.
Once we have received and processed the returned products, we will issue a refund. You will receive a confirmation of the refund by email. The refund will appear in your account no later than 3–5 business days after the refund has been processed.
We deliver products within 1–3 business days, except for engraved items, rings, and custom‑made products. The delivery time for laser‑engraved products is 3 business days (engraving is done only on weekdays). Rings have a delivery time of 14 days from the order date, and custom‑made products have a delivery time of 8 weeks.
The benefits and discounts from campaign codes are applied to the order total in the online store’s shopping cart. Enter the campaign code in the designated Coupon field and click 'Add code.' The discount will be activated and shown in the shopping cart breakdown. You can use only one campaign code per order.
All products purchased from the online store come with a two-year warranty from Lumoava Finland covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover faults related to normal use and wear. Lumoava Finland may be released from warranty liability if it can be shown that the defect or breakage was caused by an accident, use or maintenance contrary to the product’s instructions or intended purpose, or any other reason that falls under the Customer’s responsibility.
Our jewelry is water-resistant, but friction and detergents will naturally wear down the surface of the piece over time. However, many of our customers have told us that they wear our jewelry all the time, without taking it off even for showers, and the pieces have remained in good condition.
The jewelry does not contain nickel.
For domestic deliveries in Finland, the shipping and handling fee is €5.90 per order for purchases under €80, when the order is delivered to a Posti or Matkahuolto pick-up point, or by letter to your home if possible. Domestic deliveries to Lumoava retailer stores are free of charge.
We currently deliver within the EU, and the shipping cost for deliveries outside Finland is €10.
