Lumoava online shop is intended for legally competent persons who have reached the age of majority. The customers of our online shop accept that the data they have disclosed may be processed for the purpose of managing the services and operations related to the online shop. The data will not be used for direct marketing purposes without the customer’s permission. The data will also not be disclosed to third parties with the exception of the public authorities.
The price of the product is the price stated for the product in the online shop at the time of ordering. Additionally, customers are charged possible delivery and processing fees, which are described in further detail below.
You may order our products in our online shop by registering as a user or without registration. All orders placed are binding and once you have accepted the terms of the purchase, you are under an obligation to pay for your order.

Order and delivery
After you have put the items you want in your shopping cart, you can proceed to finalise your order.
After submitting your data, you must accept the valid terms and conditions of the Lumoava online shop and pick the delivery method.
At the moment we ship to EU area, and the delivery fee is EUR 10.
The following payment methods are available at the Lumoava online shop:

Order and delivery confirmation
Once you have successfully placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you have provided.
When we have processed your order, you will get a separate delivery confirmation, which includes a tracking code that you can use to follow the progress of your shipment.
You will receive a final delivery notification once your parcel is ready to be picked up from the pick-up point of your choice.
Your delivery will be shipped within 2–7 weekdays since we have received your order or in accordance with the delivery schedule included in the description of the product you have ordered. Pre-ordered products are delivered based on a separately provided schedule. We will contact you if your order takes longer than stated in our online shop.
Exchanges and returns
You have the right to return or exchange products within 14 days since receiving your order. The exchange and return policy does not apply to products marked as a special-order product, engraved or laser-cut products, or products modified based on a special request.
