For deliveries within Finland, delivery and processing charges are normally EUR 5.90 per order. Delivery is free for orders sent for pick-up at Lumoava retailers in Finland. Delivery to Finland is always free to our loyalty customers using our Lumoava Lounge service. All fees are displayed in the shopping cart.
We deliver to EU countries and the delivery fee is 10 EUR outside Finland.
Delivery methods and times
At the moment we don’t deliver via Posti!
The delivery time depends on the delivery time given to each item in the product details, the selected delivery method, and the delivery address. An order may also be sent directly to the customer’s home address if the customer gives permission to this and the shipment is small.
The available delivery methods to Finland include:
- Pick up from an authorised retailer. The parcel is sent to the authorised Lumoava retailed selected by the Customer in accordance with the delivery time provided to the item. An SMS is sent to the Customer once the package is ready for pick up. Customers can pick up the parcel during the retailer’s opening hours; they must be able to prove their identity with a valid ID.
- Pick up from a Posti parcel locker. The parcel is delivered to a Posti parcel locker within 1-3 weekdays from shipment. The Customer is sent an SMS that includes a code for opening the locker once the parcel is ready for pick up. The Customer can pick up the package from a parcel locker using the code during the opening hours of the parcel locker.
- Pick-up from a Matkahuolto pick-up point. The parcel is delivered to the selected service point within 1-3 business days from shipment. The Customer is sent an SMS once the parcel is ready for pick up. Customers can pick up their packages during the pick-up point’s opening hours; they must be able to prove their identity with a valid ID.
- Small packages to the Customer’s mailbox. Posti Finland will deliver a package small enough to fit through the Customer’s mailbox to the Customer’s home address within 1-5 weekdays from shipment. NB! This service is only available for small parcels and may never be used if the order contains more than one (1) item or if the item is too large to fit through a standard mailbox with the product packaging.
Delivery methods to EU countries are Posti Finland and its local partners, such as DHL. The delivery time depends on the target country and is usually some business days.
Once the order has been shipped, the Customer is sent email to the address he or she has provided when placing the order. The message contains a code that can be used to track the order.
If there is a considerable delay in the shipment, Lumoava’s customer services will contact the Customer via email sent to the email address the Customer has provided when placing the order.
Lumoava holds the right to reject an order if necessary. In this case, the payment made by the Customer will be refunded within 30 days.
